Welcome to Stavanger on November 22nd to our annual dinner!  As in years past, we will be hosting presentations at the Irishman starting at 17:30 and then moving together to Renaa for dinner at 19:30.  The presentations are, as always, free to attend.  Dinner consists of a four course meal with welcome drink and costs 695,- NOK.  A wine package is available for purchase at the venue.

All 2018 corporate sponsors are invited to send two free attendees to the dinner.  In addition, there are 7 free tickets available for attendees under 30 years of age.  These are offered first-come-first-serve, but reserved for employees of our corporate sponsors until 01.11.  Any unclaimed seats are then freely offered through the final RSVP deadline of 09.11.

A waiting list is expected as seating at Renaa is limited to 65.  We encourage you to register early to guarantee a ticket using this link.  You will be contacted by a member of the NOSP committee to provide payment (if applicable) when your seat is confirmed. 

Priority for corporate sponsor booking is only guaranteed through 01.11.  Final RSVP deadline (including payment if applicable) is 09.11.
